The Webster City girls soccer team dropped an 8-1 decision to Iowa Falls-Alden here Monday night.

Jayme Perez had the lone goal for the Lynx, finding the back of the net in the first half. Mia Hansen recorded an assist.

Abbie Andrews had two goals to lead the Cadets, who scored three times before the intermission. Iowa Falls-Alden has won each of the last 18 meetings between the two teams.

Webster City (6-6 overall, 5-6 in North Central Conference) heads to Humboldt Thursday before hosting Boone on Friday.
