The Webster City softball team remained unbeaten behind another rally here Tuesday night.

Down 5-4 to Storm Lake, the Lynx (2-0 overall) scored four runs in the seventh, highlighted by a home run from Ava Peterson.

The senior went 4-for-4 with three doubles, the homer and five RBI. Peterson also scored twice on the night.

Bonnie Nohrenberg had two hits and scored three runs with Delainey Bargfrede and Breanna Bahrenfuss each driving in a run.

Bargfrede picked up the win, striking out 11 with no walks on the night.

Webster City heads to Clarion-Goldfield/Dows on Friday night for a North Central Conference matchup.
