WEBSTER CITY – With the prep football season just 24 hours away, The Daily Freeman-Journal is once again happy to unveil The Fan, our comprehensive preview edition for the upcoming fall prep seasons.

Released inside Friday’s edition of The Daily Freeman-Journal, The Fan is once again 40 pages long and features every fall team from Webster City and South Hamilton. Also included is a three-page spread on Boone Myers, a former WCHS all-stater and current starting offensive lineman at the University of Iowa.

Webster City will begin its journey on the gridiron at home against Humboldt Friday night at 7:30 p.m. South Hamilton will head to Eldora to face South Hardin at 7 p.m.
