I am OPPOSED to the splash pad installation in East Twin Park for the following reasons:
1) There is NO RETURN ON THE INVESTMENT
2) There is ALREADY A SPLASH PAD ACROSS THE STREET at the outdoor pool
3) It would REDUCE REVENUE at the outdoor pool
4) It WASTES ...
