Kloberdanz’s experience, dedication uniquely qualify him for re-election
To the editor:
Next Tuesday the voters of Hamilton County District One will face a choice between two highly respected candidates that are seeking the office of Hamilton County Supervisor.
Although Iowa law requires a candidate to seek the office of County Supervisor on a party label, it is in reality an administrative position that oversees the County’s business and is not in any way political in the exercise of its statutory authority.
The background experience together with any personal interaction one may have encountered with a candidate will and should always be considered while making a choice as to which candidate is better suited for the job.
I have known Jerry Kloberdanz for many years and have witnessed his growth into the man he has become. As City Attorney I worked closely with him on various matters during the time he served as a member of the Webster City Council. Since his election to the Board of Supervisors, I have worked with Jerry in seeking a more sustainable future for Wilson Brewer Park and have witnessed his ability in bringing parties together that result in finding solutions to difficult challenges.
Jerry has my endorsement because his experience in city and county government and his dedication to public service uniquely qualify him for re-election as County Supervisor.
