Webster City Women’s Club says thank you

A large tree decorated by Legacy Learning won the People's Choice Award during the Festival of Trees held at the Jane Young House in Webster City. The theme of "Let There Be Peace on Earth" featured doves and globe-like glass balls. The doves were fashioned from clay, then embossed and painted. The glass balls were treated with blue alcohol ink to create the image of Earth.
