Idea might help create a more connected world
To the Editor:
Whenever the subject of daylight savings time comes up, it reminds me of a summer when a young man from Chile worked for Yungclas Farms. He thought the idea of changing the clocks was strange because in Chile, businesses just went on what they knew as “Summer Schedule.”
In our case, for example, the hardware store and the implement dealers were open early to accommodate their customers. It seems to me that this idea used across the U. S. would help our country to continue to fit into a more and more connected world.
