UDMO official offers thanks for Southfield donation
To the Editor:
Upper Des Moines Opportunity Inc. would like to extend our gratitude to Southfield Wellness Community and those who participated in their recent Annual Hog Roast.
The monetary donation in the amount of $1,000 will help UDMO keep the food pantry stocked during the summer. When school is out children are eating more meals at home and we notice our food pantry being utilized more during this time of year.
Working together is making a difference in feeding families and individuals in Hamilton County.
