Nursing student urges support for pinning ceremony
To the Editor:
I am writing this letter to the editor on behalf of myself and my classmates in the Iowa Central Community College nursing program. Our pinning ceremony has been cancelled. If you are a nurse, you understand how much tradition and importance pinning ceremonies hold. We want to change this decision made by the faculty. Please send an email to either staton@iowacentral.edu or kinney@iowacentral.edu explaining what your pinning ceremony meant to you, so we can hopefully have our own.
