Patrick Keane, 83, of Webster City, died Saturday, October 17, 2026, at Van Diest Medical Center. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 23, 2026, at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center.
Patrick Michael Keane, son of Daniel and Alice (Dagit) Keane, was born April 5, 1943, in Iowa Falls. He graduated from Wiliams High School in 1960 and went on to attend Ellsworth Community College. He served in the United States Army. On July 20, 1968, Patrick was united in marriage to Carol Hoversten at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Williams. For 38 years he worked for Frigidaire/Electrolux. "After retiring, Pat especially cherished time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR races and Iowa Hawkeyes games and traveling across the United States with Carol."
He is survived by his spouse of 58 years, Carol; children, Dave (Tina) Keane of Burlington, Mike (Nancy) Keane and Casey Asklund, both of Webster City; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, Dalton (Molly) Keane and Florence, Mari Kait (Ben) Sampson and Sawyer, Madeline Keane, Kortney (Josh) Lutter and Theodore, Lincoln and Carson, Ross Keane, Josie (Lucas) Daniels and Klay, Natalie (Cade) Felts and Knox, Brady Asklund; sister, Sue (Frank) Anderson of Colgate, WI; brother, Dennis (Lynn) Keane of Denver, CO, and several nieces and nephews.
Patrick was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Daniel R. Keane.
