Bonnie Sue Nicholson, 77, of Webster City, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at Rotary Senior Living Center in Eagle Grove. Private family services will be held at a later date. With honor, Adams Celebration of Life is serving the family.
Bonnie was born on August 5, 1949, to Orville and Eleanorea (Norem) Jondal in Webster City, Iowa. She attended Webster City schools and graduated in 1967. Bonnie married Maynard Nicholson on July 1, 1967. She worked at Electrolux in Webster City until her retirement.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Michelle (Steve) Haberman of Clarion; son, Jason Nicholson of Des Moines; grandchildren, Jake (Monica) Haberman, Joel (Shanee) Haberman, and Katie (Isaac) Merfeld; great-grandchildren, Jones, Charlotte, Margo, Trace, and Lennie Haberman; sister, Debra Hilpipre; brothers, Michael (Pam) Jondal and adopted brother, Dallas Greer; sister-in-law, Arlene Mosher; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Maynard Nicholson; son, Robert Nicholson; parents, Orville and Eleanorea Jondal; stepfather, Paul Clouse; parents-in-law, Melford and Leta Nicholson; sister, Connie Walker; adopted brother, Kevin Greer; brothers-in-law, Randy Hilpipre, Duane Nicholson, Leslie Nicholson, Eldon Nicholson, and Gene Mosher; sisters-in-law, Fae Nicholson and Faye Nicholson; and nephew, Matthew Hilpipre.
