Patricia Rose Ludwig, 91 of Webster City, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2026 at the Vista Woods Care Center in Ottumwa, IA. There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, April 18th, 2026 at the Community Hall in Agency, IA from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. She will be laid to rest along with husband at Bethlehem Cemetery near Floris, IA immediately following the Celebration of Life.
