Bob Short

Bob was born on a farm near Webster City, the youngest child of Orin and Erma Short. He graduated from Lincoln High with the class of 1958, then from ISU, the U of NB, and the U of WI. He and Sandy Wiggins married Nov. 23, 1960. He spent his career as an animal scientist at a USDA research station near Miles City, MT. He is survived by his wife Sandy and children, Tom (Kristin) and their sons of Ballston Spa, NY; Sonja (Mike Vraa) and their sons of Inver Grove Hts, MN; and Jeff (Kari) and their children of Ft. Bridger, WY. He was preceded in death by his son Billy and his 7 siblings: Viola Crosby, Vesta Lowish, Leila Wemhoff, Estle Short, Shirley Wangler, Phyllis Richardson, and Gary Short.
