Tami Pruismann

Tami Pruismann (Flaws), 65, of Woolstock died Sunday, August 3, 2025 at Iowa Specialty Hospital in Clarion. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Thursday, August 14, 2025 at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date in Woolstock.

Tami DeAnn Flaws, daughter of Robert C. Flaws and Myrtle J. Hilpipre (Frette), was born January 29, 1960 in Webster City. She graduated from Eagle Grove High School in 1979 and attended AIB College of Business. Tami was a familiar face, as a dedicated bartender, at “Jack ‘N Jeans” bar during its Frigidaire hay-day! Later, Tami worked at Sigler Wholesale Distributors in Phoenix, AZ for many years before owning and operating Highwood Bar in Highwood, Montana.

She is survived by her children, Randy (Janell) Powgnas of Webster City, Brooke Powgnas of Woolstock, Michael (Clarissa) Pruismann of Burke, VA and Chace (Amy) Pruismann of Woolstock; grandchildren, Alaina (17), Landis (16), Lakota (24), Kale (20), Clayton (18), Kaylissa (14), Michalyn (11), Michael Jr. (9), Ellie (13), Kallen (11); great-granddaughter, Hailee (10); her beloved dog, Morgan (14); brothers, Robert (Patty) Flaws of Burnsville, MN, Dennis Flaws of Omaha, NE, Tony (Kimberly) Hilpipre of Lancaster, CA, Tim (Cindy) Hilpipre of Spirit Lake along with several nieces and nephews.

Tami was preceded in death by her parents and longtime partner, Michael Huisman, in 2013.

She enjoyed watching races, the Dallas Cowboys and Caitlyn Clark play for Indiana Fever.
