Toy Phetxoumphone, 42, of Webster City, passed away surrounded by her family on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, May 30, 2025, at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 31, 2025, at the funeral home.
Toy Phetxoumphone, daughter of Khen and Boualay Phetxoumphone, was born October 27, 1982, in Ubon province Thailand. She graduated from Webster City High School. Toy worked for many years as a paraeducator for Webster City Middle School.
She is survived by her significant other, Mike Vankham; sons, Jordan, Jaysen and Jaxson Vankham, all of Webster City; father, Khen Phetxoumphone of Fresno, CA; brothers, Aenoi (Tina) Phetxoumphone of Clarion, Choy (Yaya Ortiz) Phetxoumphone of Webster City; sisters Jenny, Leune, and Christie, all of Fresno, CA, along with many extended family members and friends.
Toy is preceded in death by her mother, Boualay Phetxoumphone, and niece, Kelly Phetxoumphone.
