RADCLIFFE — Phyllis Mortenson, age 94, formerly of Radcliffe, IA, died on July 7, 2022, at Bethany Life Communities in Story City, IA.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 11, at 10:30 a.m. at the Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Radcliffe. Burial will take place in the First Presbyterian Church Cemetery near Kamrar, IA.
