PHYLLIS INMAN

A private family funeral mass is planned. Burial will be at West Lawn Cemetery, Lehigh. Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home is serving the family.

Phyllis is survived by her children, Steven (Anita) Inman of Sevierville, TN; Kathleen (Timothy Michael) Donovon of Council Bluffs; Linda (Mark) Pingel of Cedar Falls; Michael (Patricia) Inman of Ottumwa; Marilyn Imming of Myrtle Beach, SC; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jay and Mary Ellen (McKune) Phillips; husband, Marvin Inman; sisters, Virginia Flaws, Marjorie Phillips, Mary Edwards, Marcella Stanley and a brother, Jay Phillips.

Phyllis Marie Phillips was born May 22, 1930 in Fort Dodge. She is a 1948 graduate of Fort Dodge Senior High School. She was united in marriage to Marvin Inman on August 23, 1948 in Corpus Christi Church. Phyllis worked with her mother and sister Marjorie as seamstress for over 25 years. She retired in 1986. Phyllis and Marvin lived in Webster City, Humboldt, and Vincent over the year but settled in Fort Dodge in 1985. Phyllis was a member of Corpus Christi Church and was a past Monican Mother in Vincent and a Ladies Aid.
