Tonight’s public hearing will address the Van Diest Medical Center fiscal year 2027 levy. The medical center is eligible for the levy because it does business as the Hamilton County Public Hospital. Public hearings to be held Tuesday and Wednesday

Three public hearings will be held this week concerning tax levies for 2027. The first public hearing will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday night at the Van Diest Medical Center board room at 2350 Hospital Drive. Prior to the hearing Tuesday, from 5:15 p.m. to 5:45 p.m., the hospital will hold an informational session for community members in the clinic board room.
