The celebration of the completion of the Reisner Substation will be held at noon on Friday with a ribbon cutting coordinated by the Webster City Area Chamber of Commerce. The Van Diest Medical Center Auxiliary is offering six scholarships of $1,000 each to 2026 high school graduates wishing to pursue a career in health care. Individuals going back to further their education in the health care field will also be considered.
