A soon to be unveiled project is being created just off of Second St. and Seneca, behind Lomita's restaurant. This is the latest project of Spark Webster City (Spark WC).
Spark WC is continuing to create and support a series of pop-up public art events and performances in Webster City ranging from live music, to fine art and all that's in between.
The organizers behind Spark WC is an IEDA grant-backed initiative consisting of Webster City residents combining efforts with other Webster City artists, non-artists and artistic organizations, with a final goal to put on an Art Exhibition Show next year about our stories and experiences.
The group's latest pop-up is called "Fiesta Alley", featuring a fine art collaboration between Legacy Learning Boone River Valley, Friends Forever and Lomita's Mexican Restaurant. The project is close to completion, so stay tuned for more information on when, where, and how you can enjoy the art.
