Halloween is next weekend, and Webster City residents have taken it upon themselves to decorate to celebrate the season. Driving around the Webster City area, some yards just are hard to ignore, as the yard decorations seem t o just go over the top. This yard was located on Water Street, and carries the theme all the way to the sidewalk. The Residential Trick or Treat event will be held on Halloween night, Saturday, from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
