With opening night just a few nights away, it's time to get your tickets for the fall production of Birthday Club, being performed at the Webster City Community Theatre.
The theatre is located at 1001 Willson Avenue. Birthday Club is a comedy by playwright Phil Olson.
The comedy follows five women who celebrate their birthdays together. With plenty of laughter, and tears, they share their joys, frustrations, surprises and challenges that come with friendship and life. Filled with humor and heart, the play celebrates the special bonds that sustain us through life's many changes.
Birthday Club is directed by Mary Sealine, with Abby Sharp serving as assistant director. KeVon Edwards is stage manager, Loween Getter is production manager and Ann McLaughlin is technical director.
The Birthday Club offers audiences a warm and entertaining look at friendship, aging and the people who help us navigate both.
Performances are scheduled for Sept. 18, 19, 25 and 26 at 7 p.m., with Sunday matinees Sept. 20 and 27 at 2 p.m.
