Tonight, the South Hamilton schools will be celebrating Homecoming, with a football game against East Sac County at 7 p.m. Reigning all week over the Homecoming activities in Jewell are Layla Joachim and Jesus Garcia, who were crowned in a coronation ceremony on Sunday evening as the 2026 South Hamilton High School Queen and King.
The full court of candidates for Queen include Ava Corbin, Abby Moline, Isabel Swenson, Sofia Wesipfenning and Layla Joachhim. The King candidates for King were Sam Koehnk, Luke Martensen, Jesus Garcia, Parker Stuck and Gaige Willis.
There will be a Pep Assembly at 1:30 p.m. followed by a parade through the Jewell business district at 2:30 p.m.
The Homecoming week will wrap up on Saturday night with a dance at the high school atrium from 8 until 10 p.m.
