Webster City Market Nights rolls into Classic Car Night Thursday
Market night is Thursday night
The Webster City Area Chamber invites the community to another exciting Webster City Market Nights on Thursday, July 9, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in Downtown Webster City at the Availa Bank Plaza Stage. Presented by The Trash Man, this week’s theme is Classic Car Night, bringing together classic automobiles, live music, local shopping, delicious food, and family fun.
Guests are encouraged to bring their classic cars and be part of the evening’s showcase. Trophies will be presented at 7:20 p.m. in front of the American Legion. The car show is sponsored by Karl Webster City.
Providing entertainment throughout the evening is Rod Johnson, who will perform live for the entire event. Live music is proudly sponsored by Gerber Auto Care.
With something for everyone, Market Nights continues to celebrate the best of Webster City by supporting local businesses, growers, organizations, and restaurants. Visitors can stroll downtown, shop local retailers, and enjoy one of the area’s largest selections of food vendors.
The food vendors include Main Scoop, Feedshack, Quick & Fresh, Best Spudz, Tikka Talk USA, Hy-Vee, Kona Ice, El Taco Riendo, Pliner’s Kettle Corn, Eggroll Ladies, Grama’s Diner, Leon’s, La Perla, Mornin’ Glory and the American Legion Grill
In addition to great food and entertainment, downtown businesses will be open for shopping, including the Country Twist Boutique, Rustic Daisy, Ace Hardware and many more local businesses.
“Market Nights is about bringing our community together while supporting the incredible businesses, vendors, musicians, and organizations that make Webster City such a special place,” said Robin Streigle, Event Coordinator. “Classic Car Night has become a favorite tradition, and we invite everyone to come downtown, enjoy the cars, grab dinner, shop local, and spend the evening with family and friends.”
Admission is free, and everyone is welcome.
