Webster City graduate named region president in Missouri

Dr. Ryan Bergeson
Dr. Ryan Bergeson, a 1999 graduate of Webster City High School has been named a region president by the Missouri Association of School Administrators.
Bergeson, has served as the superintendent at Scotland Co R-1 Schools in Memphis, Missouri, for 14 years. Bergeson and his wife Jenny have two sons, Jaden and Reece, both now attending high school. A graduate of the Webster City High School Class of 1999, Jenny is the elementary school counselor in Memphis.
Bergeson is starting his 14th year as the superintendent at Scotland Co R-1 Schools in Memphis, Missouri.
Bergeson, the son of the late Teresa Dutcher Bergeson of Webster City, and the nephew of Connie and Paul Tolle of this city, is the administrator for Scotland County R-I and will be serving the Northeast Region as its president.
The Missouri Association of School Administrators released the following statement:
“Our region presidents play a critical role in keeping members connected and informed. They help organize and facilitate regional meetings, coordinate with regional representatives and MASA leadership, oversee standing committee activities within their regions, and ensure important information, initiatives, and opportunities are communicated to members throughout the year.”
Bergeson is one of eight region presidents in Missouri.
