Adult Summer Reading Program: Adults are invited to join in a variety of “Plant a Seed, Read” summer programs. There is a “Summer Bucket List Challenge, Fancy Your Flowerpot Contest, and a variety of events celebrating America 250 throughout the library. Fancy Your Flowerpot: Adults are invited to pick up a mini flowerpot to decorate for the “Fancy Your Flowerpot” contest this summer. Choose from the categories: Plant a Seed, Read or America 250. Flowerpots are available at the checkout area June 1-10tor as long as supplies are available. Please return your decorated pot prior to July 1 for patrons to vote. Winners will be announced in August.

Adult Daytime Book Club: The June Book Club discussion will be about the books chosen from the “Blind Date with History” and shares information about their book. These books are available at the Adult Checkout desk if interested in participating. The next gathering is Tuesday, June 9, 1:30-2:30 p.m. to discuss. A book for the July Book Club will be announced and available at this time.
