The ribbon cutting for the Reisner Substation for the City of Webster City will be held today at noon at 2890 Millards Lane in the southeast industrial park.

The Webster City Area Chamber of Commerce invites community members, business leaders, and local officials to attend the ceremony celebrating the completion of this important infrastructure investment supporting Webster City’s continued growth and development.

The Reisner Substation is a new, large-scale electrical facility designed to replace the aging Passwaters Substation and meet the increasing power demands of the community. The new substation will serve both industrial and residential customers while strengthening the reliability and capacity of Webster City’s electrical grid.
