The children of the Trinity Lutheran Church help assemble the 4,000 eggs for the Community Easter Egg Hunt, under the watchful guidance of Kevin Bahrenfuss. Children of Asbury United Methodist Church also filled eggs for this weekend's event.

Families across Hamilton County are invited to celebrate the joy of spring at the annual Community Easter Egg Hunt, set for Saturday, March 28 at 10 a.m. sharp on the grounds of Van Diest Medical Center, 2350 Hospital Drive.

Hosted in partnership by the Van Diest Medical Center Foundation, the Willson Brewer Park Foundation Board, and Trinity Lutheran Church, this community tradition promises a morning full of fun, laughter, and family-friendly activities.

The Easter egg hunt will take place on the grounds north of the Van Diest Family Health Clinic, with separate hunts organized by age groups to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. A sensory-friendly and adaptive hunt will also be available, welcoming children and adults with disabilities to participate in an inclusive environment.

In addition to the egg hunts, those attending can enjoy a variety of festive attractions, including:

• Live baby animals: Highland cows, bunnies, chicks, kittens, and lambs
