Kendall Young library offers three different adult book clubs in early February. There are multiple copies of each of the titles available to check out from the adult circulation desk.

Adult Daytime Book Club: Kendall Young Library invites you to join in the February Book Club discussion on “The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks” by Rebecca Skloot. This book will be discussed during the meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 10 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. The book selection for the March Book Club will be announced at this time.

Adult Evening Book Club: The Adult Evening Book Club discussion will be about the book “Premeditated Myrtle” by Elizabeth C. Bunce. This book will be disussed at the book club meeting which will be held Wed. Feb. 11 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. The book club selection for March will be available at this time.

Books & Bourbon Silent Book Club: The Kendall Young Library is working with the Wildcat Distilling Company to offer patrons a Silent Book Club. Due to the relocation of Wildcat, the Silent Book Club will be held at Kendall Young Library in February.

Adults are invited to gather at Kendall Young Library on Thursday, February 19th from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Bring a book, grab a drink, (mocktails provided), and enjoy an introvert happy hour! This event is always the third Thursday of each month.
