Hamilton County Recorder’s Office is selling 2026 hunting and fishing licenses

The Hamilton County Recorder’s Office is now issuing 2026 hunting and fishing licenses. They are available for purchase at the office at the Hamilton County Courthouse, 2300 Superior Street, Webster City.

Call for more information or stop in the Recorder’s Office Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The office is closed at noon on Wednesday, December 24, and all day on the Thursday, December 25.

Here are licenses and prices:

Hunting License and Habitat Stamp Combo — $35;

Hunting/Fishing/Habitat Stamp Combo — $55;

Fishing License — $22;

Lifetime Hunting License (over 65 only) — $61.50;

Lifetime Fishing License (over 65 only) — $61.50;

Lifetime Trout Fee License (over 65 only) — $65;

Lifetime Fur Harvester (over 65 only) — $61.50.
