People’s Credit Union car and employees were dressed to the hilt as they welcomed Trick or Treaters to their Trunk or Treat in downtown Webster City Thursday. Patty Aviles was busy as the crow, while Kimberly Chansler was dressed as the scarecrow helping the youngsters find their treats. The Webster City Area Chamber of Commerce coordinated this event, which included downtown businesses and area businesses who brought their trucks, trunks and loads of candy.
