Hamilton County Conservation will host trick-or-treating at Little Wall, Briggs

LITTLE WALL LAKE — Hamilton County Conservation will be hosting its annual campground trick-or-treating at Little Wall Lake and Briggs Woods parks.
The event at Little Wall Lake Park is Saturday, October 11, from 4 to 7 p.m.
Rides will be available on people movers to tour the campground to view the decorated campsites. Those in costume can walk to each campsite for trick-or-treating fun.
Campers will be judged on their campsite as the best decorated campsite winning two free nights of camping and second place will get one free night of camping.
A sensory friendly event at Briggs Woods Park will take place on Saturday, October 18, from 2 to 4 p.m.
During this time, there will be no lights or moving objects, nor music or loud noises for our friends with sensory sensitivities. Parking for this time period will be in the visitor parking areas at the campground entrance
Briggs Woods Park Trickor-Treating will be on Saturday, October 18, from 4 to 7 p.m.
Rides will be available on people movers from the beach parking lot to the campground entrance. Those in costume can walk to each campsite for trick-or-treating fun. Campers will be judged on their campsite as the best decorated campsite winning two free nights of camping and second place will get one free night of camping.
A freewill donation will be accepted for food and drink at the Beach Shelter for the first 350 people. Donations raised go toward HCC’s Environmental Education program.
