Community Assessment for Kendall Young Library on Tuesday: invite public to develop strategy
Members and residents of the Webster City area are asked to participate in a Community Assessment session next Tuesday at the Kendall Young Library.
The session will be held in the basement of the Kendall Young Library at 1201 Willson Avenue starting at 6 p.m.
This assessment session will be facilitated by Emerge Marketing Solutions as part of the process to re-brand and develop a new marketing initiative at the library.
Community input will be part of the process during the evening. Residents and Kendall Young Library users are encouraged to participate, and anyone in Hamilton County interested are invited to participate in the evening.
“The input we gather from this conversation will play an important role in shaping Kendall Young Library’s image, programs and services in the years to come,” said Ketta Lubberstedt-Arjes, Director of Kendall Young Library. “Your voice matters, and we hope you will join us.”
With support from a grant awarded by the Webster City Hotel Motel Tax Board, the community assessment is the first step in rebranding and initiating a new marketing approach.
Community voices are central to this process and the session will provide a platform for residents to share their perspectives and shape the library’s future.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
•Share their opinions and experiences
•Review preliminary ideas and concepts
•Provide input to guide the library’s direction and strengthen its role in the community
The event is open to the public.
Community members are encouraged to RSVP by Monday, October 6 to ensure adequate refreshments are provided.
