King Beau Nohrenberg and Queen Ashlee Nydegger were crowned at Thursday’s Boom Night held at the Prem Sahai Auditorium, Webster City High School.

Marching to the beat were the high school cheerleaders in addition to the other candidates who included Alivia Burns, Hailey Brim, Ellie Peterson, Allie Severe and Nydegger. King candidates Eli Estlund, Dawson Bertran, Carter Mickelson and Aiden Hrnicek also marched.

Festivities continue today with the Homecoming parade, which starts at 2:30 p.m. The route begins at Seneca Street near West Twin Park, turning left on Second Street bringing the parade through downtown, then turns back south on Des Moines Street finishing at the Webster City Middle School. The Homecoming King and Queen and court will be recognized during halftime Friday night during the football game playing Gilbert.
