Rachael Hansen is the new center director for the Webster City campus of Iowa Central Community College and the North Central Regional Center in Eagle Grove.

Hansen has been in this new role since the second week of June. She has taught in the Webster City school system for the past 23 years, at both Sunset and Pleasantview schools.

Hansen is married to Kurt, who is the owner of Procraft, a construction company out of Eagle Grove.

They have three children, Kaleb who is 12 years old, Jake, 17 years old and Morgan who is 20 years old. Morgan has just graduated from Iowa Central Community College.

She has just joined the Webster City Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors and is out promoting Iowa Central. She has a unique perspective after teaching younger students in the Webster City area.

“I’m a proponent for students learning,” she explained, “It’s neat to listen to younger students talk about their hopes and dreams, and now I get to see their dreams fulfilled.
