Cardinal & Gold Dinner will be September 7 at Briggs Woods
The Iowa State Alumni Club of Hamilton County will host its annual awards and scholarship event Cardinal & Gold Dinner on Sunday, September 7, at Briggs Woods Conference Center.
The event begins at 5 p.m. with a social hour. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m.
Following the meal, the association will showcase the 2025 scholarship recipients and present the 2025 Service Key award. A live auction with Iowa State University memorabilia, gear and more concludes the night.
This year, more than $15,000 was awarded to 16 Hamilton County youth attending Iowa State University this fall. Students receiving scholarships include Cody Seiser, Katie Casady, Jack Mason, Jagger Ferrie, Caitlin Bare, Jayce Abens, Briar Klaver, Amanda Ostrem, Alley Odland, Emma Lewis, Abby Gallentine, Olivia Gallentine, Beau Klaver, Austin Babcock, Riley Walker and Thad Zimmerman.
The Cardinal & Gold Dinner honors these students as guests while raising support for the scholarship program for years to come. Proceeds from the auction sales and a portion of the ticket sales are earmarked directly for student scholarships. As honored guests, scholarship recipients’ tickets are free of charge and are requested to RSVP to Tiffany Larson by email to tiffers313@gmail.com.
Tickets are $35 each and can be reserved online by emailing Shelley Woodall at swoodall@iastate.edu.
