2025 Community Health Needs Assessment to be hosted by VDMC

Over the next few months, Van Diest Medical Center will be working with other area providers to update the Hamilton County Community Health Needs Assessment — CHNA.
Right now, VDMC is asking Hamilton County community members to provide input regarding current healthcare delivery and unmet resident needs.
The goal of this assessment update is to understand progress from past community health needs assessments conducted in 2019 and 2014, while collecting up-to-date community health perceptions and ideas.
VVV Consultants LLC, an independent research firm from Olathe, Kansas, has been retained to conduct this countywide research.
A brief community survey has been developed to accomplish this work. Note: The CHNA survey link can be accessed by visiting the VDMC website and/or Facebook page. You may also utilize the QR code below for quick access.
All community residents and business leaders are encouraged to complete this online survey by August 4, 2025.
In addition, a CHNA Town Hall meeting to discuss the survey findings and identify unmet needs will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
If you have any questions regarding CHNA activities, call 515-832-7702.
