Van Diest Family Health Clinic in Fort Dodge will open Monday, June 30, in its new location, 2419 2nd Avenue North.

The clinic will close in its current location, 119 Avenue O West, today at 1 p.m. to prepare for the move. The clinic will also be closed on Friday.

The clinic opened as Van Diest Family Health Clinic in July 2020. It is staffed by two physicians, a nurse practitioner, nursing and office staff and a clinic manager. The new clinic building will offer more space for exam rooms, lobby and offices, additional services such as radiology, and parking for patients.
