Question: Do you want to break free of your alcohol, tobacco or other addiction?
Answer: Josi L., CFR’s substance abuse counselor, helps men, women and adolescents, 12 years and older, plan and navigate their own recovery program. Every Tuesday, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., you can simply walk into the local office to learn what level of care is needed to deal with your addiction.
No appointment needed.
As CFR’s addiction prevention supervisor, Josi will come to you with an outreach program for local parents, teachers and business leaders who feel a “don’t even think of starting” message would benefit young people in their organizations.
Question: Has an event in your life left you traumatized?
Answer: Tammy, a licensed master social worker, wants to meet you to discuss trauma and the role it’s played in your life. And how you can cope with it.
She helps individuals, couples, entire families and veterans dealing with depression or grief.
Treatment that builds coping skills can help you face your everyday problems with confidence.
Question: Are you dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression, ADHD or other behavioral disorders?
