Hamilton County Board of Supervisors declare May 23, 24 Poppy Days

The Hamilton County Board of Supervisors officially declared May 23 and 24 Poppy Days in Webster City during its meeting recently.

Poppy sales are most frequently associated with Remembrance Day or National Poppy Day. They are a form of fundraising during which individuals donate to receive a poppy flower, often a red crepe paper poppy, according to the American Legion Auxiliary.

Starting at $3.46/week.
