DUNCOMBE — A Duncombe man has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a female for about five years, according to court records.

Brandon T. Patterson, 43, was arrested by Webster County sheriff’s deputies and charged with seven counts of third degree sexual abuse and seven counts of incest. The assaults occurred at a location in Duncombe between December 2018 and September 2023, according to criminal complaints filed against Patterson.

He made his initial appearance Tuesday morning in Webster County Magistrate Court.

A preliminary hearing was scheduled for Feb. 14.

Magistrate Stephen Kersten issued a no contact order, barring Patterson from having any communication with the reported victim.
