Tickets are on sale now for the Whiskers and Wine Comedy Night on Saturday, October 19, at the Briggs Woods Conference Center in Webster City.

The cost is $50 per ticket or $375 for a table of eight.

All proceeds benefit Hamilton County Animal AdvoCATes and The Cat Hut. With more than 70 cats and kittens currently in its care, your help is needed now more than ever.

This purr-fect night of comedy and compassion includes an Italian pasta buffet, indulgent desserts, and comedian Jeremy Nunes.

Nunes has been described as “comedy’s next great storyteller” with a unique show that has been in demand for more than 22 years.

The Cat Hut’s biggest fundraiser of the year, Whiskers and Wine features an extensive silent auction.

The night of the event, the doors open at 5:30 p.m. with a cash bar, silent auction viewing and pasta buffet.

The comedy show starts at 8 p.m.
