The Webster City Daycare Halloween Parade is Thursday, October 31, on the short street behind the Daycare, 1317 Beach Street, Webster City.
The parade begins at 9:45 a.m. Children -- infants through 4-year-olds -- will parade up and down the short street in their costumes.
