Grama’s is officially open
Donna Ryder cut the ribbon Thursday on her restaurant, Grama’s Diner, 725 Second Street, Webster City. She opened the homestyle diner and bakery earlier this year.
The diner offers bakery items and homestyle lunches. True to her name, the cozy atmosphere feels “just like Grama’s.” The eatery is open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and Friday and Saturday from 8:30a.m. to 11 a.m.
Large groups are welcome to use the restaurant for private meetings or gatherings after 2 p.m. with advance notice. There is no rental fee if lunch or meal service is provided during event. In addition to eat-in dining, diners are able to call ahead for lunch to-go orders. The “small-batch” bakery also accepts custom orders for muffins, cookies, cinnamon rolls, and a variety of other baked goods. Quantities can be limited, and a 24-hour notice for large orders is preferred.
