George and Doris Merrill Family Foundation scholarships announced

The George and Doris Merrill Family Foundation 5M Scholarship Fund administered through the Fort Dodge Community Foundation has announced 45 scholarship awards to area students who are attending college during the 2024-2025 academic year.

Students receiving new scholarship awards include: Kyra Anderson, Ames; Carson Doolittle, Webster City; Abby Ervin, Jewell; Sydney Gebers, Badger; Silvia Heldorfer, Badger; Korra Johnson, Huxley; Madeline Kaufman, Gilmore City; Addyson Nielsen, Norwalk; Bonnie Nohrenberg, Webster City; Tyler Schachtner, Lohrville; Rori Snethen, Webster City; and Michael Wagner, Fort Dodge.
