Applications for the 2024 Angel Tree Gift Assistance Program are now available.

The Angel Tree Gift Assistance Program’s mission is to help families in need provide Christmas gifts for their children who are 18 years old and younger.

Beginning today, October 4, applications can be picked up at the following locations:

–Upper Des Moines Opportunity, 1610 Collins Street;

–All Cultures Equal, 637 Second Street;

–Hamilton County Public Health, 1610 Collins Street;

— St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 1000 Des Moines Street;

— Trinity Lutheran Church, 1229 Kathy Lane;

–Casa De Restauracion, 821 Seneca Street;

— St. Paul Lutheran Church, 1005 Beach Street.

Applications will be available through October 31.

Return the completed application to the Kendall Young Library Circulation Desk, 1201 Willson Avenue, by November 1.

PLEASE NOTE: there will not be one designated gift pick-up site, therefore applications must have reliable contact information so that applicants can be contacted with the pick-up location of their gifts.

The pick-up date for gifts will be Sunday, December 15, from 2 to 4 p.m.
