A Stratford man is accused of first-degree theft after he was found in possession of multiple motor vehicles when he was arrested earlier this month.

Kelly Lee Weber Jr., 36, was charged after authorities used a warrant to search property at 1383 350th Street, which is just northeast of Stratford.

He was found in possession of items that had been reported stolen, including a 2001 Chevy 1500 truck, 2003 Keystone 5th wheel travel trailer, Kawasaki motorcycle, and a 2020 H&H utility trailer, according to a criminal complaint filed by Hamilton County Deputy Sheriff Rod Hicok.

Corey Winger, of Boone, is listed in the complaint as a victim.

Weber is scheduled to be arraigned October 7 in District Court in Hamilton County.
