Hamilton County Board of Health will meet today
The Hamilton County Board of Health will meet today in the conference room at 1610 Collins Street, Suite 1, Webster City.
This meeting begins at 5:15 p.m.
The agenda calls for reports by the Hamilton County Public Health administrator, Home Health, Financial and Environmental Services.
There will also be a communicable disease update on Mpox, and a discussion of flu and Covid clinics.
Pam Harklau, Hamilton County Public Health administrator, said Public Health’s walk-in flu clinics will be on Thursdays at its office, 1610 Collins Street, Suite 1, Webster City.
The clinics runs from 1 to 4 p.m.
Weekly clinics will continue throughout September and October, she said.
The new Covid vaccines should be available this week, she added.
Homebound people can be assisted by Hamilton County Public Health by calling 515-832-9565.
Harklau said Public Health will deliver vaccinations to the homebound upon request.
