Dr. Tim Mayfield completed both his Doctor of Medicine degree and general surgery residency at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. He sought further training in advanced laparoscopic surgery in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. After completing his fellowship in 2011, he moved to West Des Moines to be closer to family. Dr. Mayfield has become a trusted surgeon in central Iowa, serving the Des Moines metro area as well as surrounding communities.

Dr. Casey Joe completed her Doctor of Medicine degree from American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, St. Maarten, in 2017. Following medical school, she completed a rigorous and comprehensive five-year surgery residency at the BronxCare Health System in New York, finishing in 2023. This program is renowned for its demanding training and diverse case load, equipping Dr. Joe with extensive hands-on experience in a variety of surgical procedures and patient care scenarios. Prior to her move to Des Moines, Dr. Joe served as a locum tenens full-time general surgeon at Tsehootsooi Medical Center in Fort Defiance, Arizona.

Dr. Dapka Baccam is a general surgeon in West Des Moines and is affiliated with multiple hospitals. He received his medical degree from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
