A $1 million Powerball ticket is a winner for someone who purchased their ticket at Fareway, 942 Second Street, in Webster City.

The winner has until February 3, 2025 to collect their prize. The winning ticket matched the first five numbers but missed the Powerball to win a $1 million prize. No one matched all six numbers to win the jackpot, so the big prize climbs to an estimated $185 million for the game’s next drawing this evening.

The Webster City ticket was the only one in the country to win a $1 million prize in Monday’s drawing.

Fareway will receive a $1,000 bonus from the Iowa Lottery for selling the $1 million-winning ticket.
